The one Nigeria goal is having all Nigerians living together peacefully and in unity as "One" regardless of political, religious differences and ethnic diversity.

Non-violence

We believe passionately in non-violence. Conflict is a normal part of life but violence is not. We believe that non-violent action is not only the morally right thing to do; it is also highly cost effective, scalable and strengthens the prospects for long term peace.

The power of people

We believe that local people are central to the resolution of their own conflicts. Peace cannot be sustainable if it is imposed on people from the outside.

The relationships we build with different organisations must be based on the principles of equality and respect. We have more to learn from our partners than they do from us and we see ourselves as an extension of their organisations, not the other way around.
